I first began maintaining my own web site when I was in high school, on the old Tripod servers.  Eventually I started to blog, first with LiveJournal then with blogger embedded in my web site.  After a time, I registered my first URL, Adamantius.net, which served as the address of various incarnations of the site through my college years and into seminary.  Over time I moved from a totally hand-coded site, to a hybrid, with my blog being hosted at TypePad.  In 2007 I moved to WordPress and began using it as a content management system for my site.  While I’ve maintained the adamanitus.net url, I’ve now decided to redirect it to FrJody.com, a address that is shorter and more easily remembered.
